Appointment & Payment Policy 

 

To provide the best care and ensure fair access to appointment times for all patients, our clinic follows the appointment and payment policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

 

Appointment Reservation

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for one patient.

  • When you book an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you and are unable to offer it to other patients.

 

Booking Fee / Deposit

  • A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • This amount is not a medical or treatment fee.

  • When applicable, the booking fee will be applied toward your consultation or treatment fee at the time of your visit.

  • Booking fees or deposits must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments not secured by the required payment timeframe may be cancelled or released to other patients.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice will not incur a charge.

  • Appointments missed without notice (no-shows), or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee or deposit.

  • The booking fee represents compensation for the reserved appointment time and is not a medical service charge.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Zelle: 760-338-8213

  • Check:

    • Must be received at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled appointment date.

    • This processing period allows sufficient time for bank verification and clearance.

    • Appointments paid by check that are not received and cleared within this timeframe may be cancelled or released to other patients.

  • Cash: Must be paid in person at the clinic prior to treatment.
